Detailed Role Description(s):

  • Registers Applications related to the Trust as Transparency solution
  • Create and manage application compliance records for iRisk.
  • Develops and documents operational processes for solution sustainability.
  • Provides leadership for identifying operational risk/support gaps and collaborates/assists with project and/or operational teams to mitigate identified problems that could cause service incidents or outages.
  • Manages service requests with outside 3rd party vendors.
  • Collaborates with multiple co-located and remote resources.
  • Use white boards, ad-hoc meetings, screen-sharing sessions, audio conferences, etc. to effectively communicate and understand issues.
  • Manages deliverables related to architecture designs and alignment
  • Create materials to defined connectivity to base systems/technical programs
  • Serves as a technical PM as needed
  • Own API connectivity to various platforms
  • Maintain a secure infrastructure



  • Overall Industry Experience:

Minimum 5 yrs experience

  • Relevant Experience:

Minimum 3 yrs experience in Application Management or Service Delivery.


  • Skills:

Knowledge of or hands on experience using Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Certifications:
    • ITIL Certification

Standout Qualities: 

  • Project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
  • Experience within consumer products industry
  • Previous experience managing Infrastructure services or projects

Duration of Work (Term):

This work is expected for 12 months and could be extended longer depending on project and program success.

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday, generally 8AM – 5PM EST @40 hours/week, with some infrequent occasions where calls/meetings require earlier/later timings as dictated by business criticality.

  • At least 10 years of experience in the retail / Hospitality industry with the strong exposure to implementation of Ecommerce / Digital/Order management. Should have worked in one of the following areas :
  • Fraud and Payments in B2C environment
  • Product pricing and promotions in digital/Omni channel environment
  • Experience in agile based product development, sprint planning
  • Worked with scrum master for product planning
  • Should have good knowledge of working in Agile
  • The key role of the BA / Product owner is to develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
  • Lay out a product vision
  • Coordinate with product engineering team, architects, sales marketing team & the customer
